Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your Ameri-Vita products, but if something's not quite right, we're here to help.
14-Day Return Window
You can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as they are:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In original condition and packaging
Please contact us at support@amerivita.co.uk before returning any items. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. You'll receive confirmation via email.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns of opened or used consumable products (e.g. supplements, drinks, vitamins).
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for covering the return postage costs unless the item was damaged or sent in error.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
