We currently ship to all UK addresses using Royal Mail's reliable Tracked services:

Free delivery is not available in the following postcode locations:
- HS – Outer Hebrides
- IM – Isle of Man
- ZE – Shetland Islands
- IV – Inverness
- KW – Kirkwall
If you place an order with a delivery address showing one of the above postcodes, you will be given the opportunity to either cancel your order or pay the additional shipping costs as below:

FAQs
What do I do if I miss the delivery of my parcel?
If you are not home for the first delivery attempt, Royal Mail will leave a calling card with more information on how to collect your delivery or when they will re-attempt delivery.
What days will my order be delivered on?
Royal Mail delivers Monday to Saturday. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact our team within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage and we'll make it right.
