Shipping

We dispatch all orders from our UK warehouse within 1–2 business days of purchase. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 2pm GMT on a business day are typically packed and handed to our courier the same day or the next working day. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the following business day.

UK Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Standard — Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.45, delivered in 2–3 working days after dispatch. Free on orders over £25.
  • Express — Royal Mail Tracked 24: £4.29, delivered next working day after dispatch in most cases.

Tracking Your Order

Every order is shipped with a tracking number. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. If you have an account, you can also view tracking from your order history.

International Shipping

At this time we ship to UK addresses only. We're working on expanding international delivery — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to hear when we ship to your country.

Missing or Delayed Parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated in 3 or more working days, or your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected window, please email support@amerivita.co.uk with your order number and we'll investigate with the courier on your behalf.
