By accessing and using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the AmeriVita website or place an order with us.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices on the AmeriVita website are shown in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed. Product images are for illustration only and actual packaging may vary slightly from what is shown.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order through our site, you are making an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is taken at the time of ordering using our secure payment provider, and your order will only be processed once payment has been authorised.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery timeframes depend on your address and the shipping option you select at checkout. Free standard UK delivery is available on orders over £25. Full details are available on our Shipping page.

5. Returns and Refunds

Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, please contact our customer support team. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receipt of the returned item. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full policy.

6. Health Disclaimer

AmeriVita food supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They are designed to be used alongside, not as a substitute for, a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication or have an existing medical condition.

All content on the AmeriVita website — including text, graphics, logos, product images, packaging designs and other materials — is owned by or licensed to AmeriVita and is protected by UK and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any of this content without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AmeriVita is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising out of your use of the website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of the AmeriVita website or any orders placed with us will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
